Order Cancellation Policy

All orders placed on Chase Value website will receive an OTP on mobile / IVR call to confirm the order.
Orders will be cancelled automatically within 48 working hours if order is not confirmed.
Order received with wrong address or contact numbers are cancelled as soon as received.
Orders which indicate fraudulent activity are cancelled
If a customer refused to take delivery each time, even after placing the order such customer orders are cancelled automatically.
Customers who return orders after confirmation again and again, their orders will not be accepted.
