Refund & Exchange Policy

Chase Value offers a 14-day refund & exchange policy. We accept items that are unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags, packaging, and sale receipt.

Once the returned items are received, the case will be reviewed, and an exchange or refund will be processed accordingly.
Refunds are issued in the form of a promo code (voucher), which is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance and can be redeemed on your next purchase.

Please note:

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Reverse pickup will only be arranged in case of incorrect product delivery (wrong item sent).
Items that are used, damaged, or tampered with will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Do not accept the order if the package appears opened or the seal is tampered with. If a parcel is received in an already opened condition, the company will not be responsible for missing or incorrect items.
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the issue is due to a company error.

Return parcels should be sent through any courier service to the following address:
Chase Value, Ecommerce Department, 2nd Floor, Plot 19-A, Sector 16, Main Korangi Road, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.

If a reverse pickup is arranged by Chase Value (only for wrong items), the process may take up to 20 working days to complete.

Non-refundable items include:
Electronics, cosmetics, perfumes, toys, and undergarments.
