Returns Policy

Chase Value has a 14 days return policy. We will happily accept the items that are unused and in their original condition, and have all the original tags and packaging available along with the sale receipt.

Once the items reach us, the case will be investigated and an exchange or a refund will be offered accordingly. Refund will be in the form of a promo code which can be redeemed on the next purchase.

Delivery charges will not be refunded. In case, wrong products/ sizes/ colours are delivered then the delivery charges will be refunded.

Return parcels should be sent to us through any of the courier companies at the following address: Chase Value, Ecommerce Department, 2nd Floor, Plot 19-A, Sector 16, Main Korangi Road, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.

Shipping

We understand the urgency of your orders and are committed to ensuring that shipments reach you as quickly as possible. After placing an order, you will receive an automated call for confirmation. A confirmation message will be sent via WhatsApp and SMS within a few hours if the call is not received. Kindly confirm your order through either of these channels.

Once your order is confirmed, it will be our priority to dispatch it swiftly. Most items are dispatched within 24 hours, but it may take a little longer to process some orders.

We offer delivery anywhere in Pakistan at a rate of PKR 150/- for orders weighing up to 3 kg. For items that require sensitive handling or are bulky in size, additional shipping charges may apply. Shipping normally takes 2-3 business days within Karachi and 3-5 business days anywhere else in Pakistan

Before the payment is made by the customer, parcels are not allowed to be opened when they are being delivered by the courier company's riders. You can always contact us regarding any issues. We are happy to assist you in all instances.
