Shipping Information
We understand the urgency of your orders and strive to ensure that our shipments reach you as early as possible. After placing an order, you will receive an OTP on your mobile to verify your order. Please enter that OTP on the checkout/thank you page for confirming your order.
Once your order is confirmed, it will be our priority to swiftly dispatch your order. Most items are dispatched within 24 hours. But it may take a little longer to process some orders.
We offer delivery anywhere in Pakistan at a rate of PKR 150/- for orders weighing up to 3 kg. For items that require sensitive handling or are bulky in size, additional shipping charges may apply. Shipping normally takes 2-3 business days within Karachi and 3-5 business days anywhere else in Pakistan
Before the payment is made by the customer, parcels are not allowed to be opened when they are being delivered by courier company riders. You can always contact us regarding any issues. We are happy to assist you in all instances.
International Orders
Currently, we are not shipping to the international destinations. But, the wait will not be long, stay tuned as we will start the international shipments soon.
