Shipping Information
We understand the urgency of your orders and strive to ensure that our shipments reach you as early as possible. After placing an order, you will receive an OTP on your mobile to verify your order. Please enter that OTP on the checkout/thank you page for confirming your order. If you do not confirm your order through OTP, then you will receive an IVR call, through which you can also confirm your order.
Once your order is confirmed, it will be our priority to swiftly dispatch your order. Most items are dispatched within 24 hours. But it may take a little longer to process some orders.
We offer delivery anywhere in Pakistan at a flat delivery rate of PKR 150/- irrespective of the order size. For some items that need sensitive handling or are bulky in size you may have to pay additional amount for shipping. Shipping normally takes 2-3 business days within Karachi and 3-5 business days anywhere else in Pakistan.
Before the payment is made by the customer, parcels are not allowed to be opened when they are being delivered by courier company riders. You can always contact us regarding any issues. We are happy to assist you in all instances.
